For the past 3 days, Case has been attending Cub Scout Day Camp at Heard Pueblo. He has been leaving every afternoon at 1:00 and returning home at 10:45. To say he is exhausted would be an understatement. Friday morning he was up at 6:30 for swimming and tennis. The boy is wiped out but having a great time.
Our ward is lacking in the boy department. There are 4 Bears in our ward, Case, Keegan, Ryal and Ethan. They are nice boys but I wish there were more.
Jeremy was able to attend day camp with Case on Thursday. This is the only picture Jeremy took. What is it with men and taking pictures? Anyway, Case was thrilled that Jeremy was able to go. One of the highlights of day camp for Case was getting to pick out the dinners he would be taking each day. On Thursday, Case took Chick Fil-A with bean dip and chips. On Friday, it was a 6 inch turkey sandwich from Subway along with bean dip and chips. Saturday's dinner was another 6 inch turkey sandwich with more bean dip. I will say that by Saturday, Case was so exhausted that he was crying on the way to the church. He did not want to go to day camp. Poor guy! These are long hot days for these boys. Luckily the weather on Thursday only reached 95 degrees. Friday, 100 degrees and Saturday 103 degrees.
