Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow, and Snow, and Snow and Snow!!

Thursday afternoon we surprised the kids by pulling them out of school and taking them to the cabin for the North Pole Experience. They had no idea this was coming and were excited to get away with the other 26 family members that were meeting us there. When we arrived Thursday late afternoon, there was not a drop of snow on the ground. By time we were ready to leave on Sunday, we wondered how we would get home. It honestly never stopped snowing the entire weekend. I've never seen so much snow in such a short time. It was unbelievable!
The pine trees looked beautiful with the blanket of snow covering them. I wish I could say that I was outside having fun with the kids in these pictures, but I was inside the warm cabin taking pictures through the window.
Case had fun throwing snowballs at everyone!
Look how deep the snow is. Ledger is standing up!
What is it about kids? It's like they don't get cold. They were in that snow forever!
