Red Mountain Summer Basketball Camp

Case and Jefferson. These 2 boys are hilarious!

This summer my boys participated in the Red Mountain Summer Hoop Camp. They loved seeing all their friends each day and learning a little more about the game of basketball. It was hard getting there each day, but thanks to my sweet friend Libby, we were able to work it out. I can't think of a better way to stay cool during the hot afternoons in June then to play a little indoor basketball.

SUNSPLASH!!

Today Kim and I took our kids, Hunter and Aiden to Sunsplash with the swim team. We do this every year and although I really dread it the day before, it is super fun! The boys are getting bigger now so we are able to go on more rides. We really could spend all day and night sliding, tubing, or being lazy in the lazy river. So glad we are able to experience this since I would not otherwise take my kids there. Welcome summer!

Aiden, Hunter, Brody, Ledger, Case and Katlyn
Case had a ball today!
Brody is getting so brave by going down all the slides...big and small!
Coach Kate is so sweet with Ledger. She has been a great addition to the swim staff this year. She attends Colorado State Denver so I really think she's awesome!

Let's Go On A Teddy Bear Picnic

It's Teddy Bear Picnic week!
I want to go in there!

Today Miss B started her first week at summer school with Miss Jody. Yes I realize that she isn't even 2 yet but here's the thing...from 9:00-11:00 every morning, I sit at the pool and watch my boys swim and play golf. It's hot. She wants to swim. I don't want to rescue her from the baby pool over and over. Summer school is a better place for her to be 3 days out of the week. Here's the other thing. Summer school is strictly play time. There is nothing academic about it. The class sizes are small. It's a great way for a kid to learn a little routine. It's pure fun! She is going to love playing with Miss Jody for the next few weeks. I'm going to love not having to chase her in the hot summer sun!

It's Cowgirl Week

It's another fun week of preschool. Can't wait to see what our little cowgirl does this week.

It's time to golf!

Today Ledger, along with Brody and Case, started the golf clinic at Mesa Country Club. Ledger is so excited to be playing like his big brothers. Although he is only 3 (almost 4), I know he will have fun and learn a thing or two. Can't wait to see how he does.

SERIOUSLY?!?! How cute is a 3 year old with his golf clubs?
And he's off to golf!
Ledger and Case are in the same golf group this year. Next year, Case and Brody will be together and Ledger will be by himself. It all depends on the swim team schedule.
Coach Robin is so good with these little golfers. I hope she will be here next year.
