Last night we were able to attend Berkley's first Musical Theatre performance at Franklin At Brimhall. During the first two weeks in June, she attended an hour class at Jeanne's with Miss Jenny Prince. She was unable to perform at the first performance because we were taking Jeremy away for Father's Day on the night of the performance. Miss Jenny let her her attend the second performance. As we were waiting to watch her sing, she was waving to us while on the stage. Too cute!!
There were 7 songs that Miss B. sang to tonight. The theme of the night was, "These Are A Few Of My Favorite Themes." Some of the favorite songs included, "Being On Stage Is The Best Part Of Summer." "Thank You For The Music." "I Say A Little Prayer Fir You." "Mama I'm A Big Girl Now." "A Disney Melody." ""Dancing Through The Decades." and "Shine Your Way."
We have been listening to these 7 songs the entire month of June and all grew to love them. We loved watching Miss B. perform them on the stage.
You can see that Miss B. put all her energy and effort into this performance. It was the dang cutest thing ever!
This little lady is hilarious. At the age of 3 she has done more fun things then anyone else I know. We loved watching her tonight. I had to laugh at Brody tonight. He was invited to Drew Stradling's birthday party and debated on going because he didn't want to miss Berkley perform. He decided on going to the birthday party ONLY because we promised to video tape it.
The good thing about not being able to perform at the first performance was that Miss B. got to perform with Presley. These two girls were darling up on the stage tonight.
