On Friday, Brody and Case had their Halloween parade at school. It's funny to think that this was Case's first elementary school parade and Brody's last. This morning, both boys were up at the crack of dawn ready to play Club Penguin and get dressed in their costumes. Well, not both boys. Case very adamantly told me he was NOT wearing his Halloween costume to school today, especially NOT on the bus. Then Brody chimes in and asks him why not? Brody then explains how fun it is to wear your costume to school for everyone to see and how you even get to walk around the school with all your friends. Case didn't care. The whole thought of wearing a Halloween costume to school was just ridiculous to my wannabe teenage boy. Well, he did end up wearing the costume and both boys looked adorable at the parade. Both classroom parties were a blast. I am lucky that I was able to help in both! On a little side note, you will not see any pictures of Ledger in this post. That's because he was throwing the BIGGEST fit the entire time we were at the school. It was so bad in fact that Jim ended up carrying him over his shoulder from the downstairs playground tho the upper parking lot. He was screaming so loud that I'm sure many of the parents thought that Jim was kidnapping him. He was not a pretty sight and I am still upset at him for acting that way. I'm still trying to figure out what sets him off other then...HE"S 3!!

It was getting hot outside and both boys were more then happy to get their masks off!

Brody finishing up the parade route.
Looking good Bro!

Does this picture say it all? You can just tell by Case's walk and demeanor that he is not enjoying this AT ALL!! He is a super cute Captain Rex!
Captain Rex and Darth Vader (Jefferson). These 2 boys secretly planned what they were going to be for Halloween so that they would both be something from Star Wars. They had it all figured out!
Miss Anderson is such a fun teacher. She loves playing with the kids and even tricked one or two while playing Pin The Teeth On Dracula. After I blindfolded the kids, she would kneel down and let the kids pin the teeth on HER! It was so funny and boy were they surprised!!
Brody nailed Pin The Teeth On Dracula! Look at where those teeth landed!
Eating a donut with no hands was a whole different story!
Case was not all that into making a witch out of cookies, Hershey kisses, sprinkles, frosting, chocolate chips, and marshmallows. He was a good sport though!
Miss Anderson's spooky second graders!
Mrs. Hebting's Kindergarten Ghouls! Can you see that there are only 6 girls in this class of 20? Thank goodness this is such a well behaved and sweet class!
